Reporting to the Project Manager, I was responsible for the following



     Prepare the Base Line & subsequent revision/update of the programme

     Tracking progress, man hours and cost as compared to original plan

     Rescheduling of resources to obtain the optimum output

     Analyse Variation/Claim Items within or outside the Contract and

prepare their Rate Analysis

This company was involved in Construction of Intake Structures, Head Race Tunnel, Surge Shaft and Take-Offs for Koyna Hydroelectric Project Stage IV in Maharashtra, India

Reporting to the Project Manager, I was responsible for the following



     Raising monthly payment request / invoices to the Employer

     Advising Project Manager of adverse schedule impact, man hours and cost variations, if any.

     Preparation of rate analyses for extra & deviated items
