This company was involved in Construction of Dam, Desilting Chamber & Head Race Tunnel for Tala Hydroelectric Project in Bhutan
Reporting to the Project Manager, I was responsible for the following
Prepare the Base Line & subsequent revision/update of the programme
Tracking progress, man hours and cost as compared to original plan
Rescheduling of resources to obtain the optimum output
Analyse Variation/Claim Items within or outside the Contract and
prepare their Rate Analysis
Provide feedback to Management regarding staffing & material
requirements based on project programme
