This company was involved in Construction of Intake Structures, Head Race Tunnel, Surge Shaft and Take-Offs for Koyna Hydroelectric Project Stage IV in Maharashtra, India
Reporting to the Project Manager, I was responsible for the following
Raising monthly payment request / invoices to the Employer
Advising Project Manager of adverse schedule impact, man hours and cost variations, if any.
Preparation of rate analyses for extra & deviated items
Preparation of claim statement / assist Project Manager in Arbitration cases
Attend Arbitration meetings with Project Manager & assist him in preparing the technical note to support our case.
