•Co-ordination with fabrication – Operations and PMT – with regard to priorities, such as deliverables and sequences.

•Develop Logic networks to meet fabrication requirements whilst maintaining project requirements.





Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Assist in developing logic networks and schedules for bid or awarded contracts.

••Control and monitor inputs to fabrication schedule.

•Issue fabrication reports of all types.

Project : Essar Refinery Project :UNIT DHDS(Diesel Hydro De-sulphurisation)



Creating project schedules for DHDS (Diesel Hydro De-Sulphurisation).

Analysis of construction schedules with respect to WBS i.e. Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Equipment Erection, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning.

Setup of the project physical progress measurement system and reports

Update the EPCC schedules on a weekly and monthly basis using P3.

Prepared and issued management reports such as resource utilization reports & overall refinery progress.

Current Role

Member of Shell Maintenance Optimisation Project Team at Ecopetrol Refinery Colombia responsible for identifying maintenance deficiencies; develop and improve maintenance programs and strategies; implement Shell Best Practices to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the whole Maintenance process with focus on Maintenance Planning and Optimisation. Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance and improvement. Review and follow-up the implementation of the RCM process into planning/scheduling and ensure effective execution of those task.

Member of the project management team, responsible for planning, scheduling, overseeing and control of the multi-discipline work progress during the construction of the Onshore Processing Facilities from earthworks, pre-fabrication, stick-building construction and modular erection of equipment to tie-ins. Interfacing with client and sub-contractors on issues related to project schedule, execution, progress measurement, reporting and cost control.

Reponsible for planning, coordinating and managing facilities shutdown and maintenance campaigns (offshoe & onshore). Develop shutdown strategies ensuring all technical integrity assurance and compliance requirements from external regulatory parties are captured in the plan. Contribute in the development and updating of Maintenance and Integrity documentation including philosophies, strategies, procedures and work instructions. Provide technical support to all offshore and onshore assets. Identify all risks, uncertainties & constraints that could jeopardise maintenance objectives.

• Control and coordinate all assignments related to planning and reporting.

Worked in Middle East, North America and India. Project experience includes Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Infrastructures, Telecom, Water and Waste Water treatment Plants. Expert in Primavera P3, P4, P5, P6.2 & P6Web. Knowledgeable about current industry and technical developments.

OCI has significant track record in the construction of fertilizer plants having provided construction services on four fertilizer plants in Egypt. OCI is constructing world class fertilizer complex in Oran, Algeria with 1.87 million TPA of ammonia/urea. I am responsible in this project for;

- In-charge of Planning/Scheduling, Progress monitoring & Resources management of the mechanical construction & commissioning.
