Creating project schedules for DHDS (Diesel Hydro De-Sulphurisation).
Analysis of construction schedules with respect to WBS i.e. Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Equipment Erection, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning.
Setup of the project physical progress measurement system and reports
Update the EPCC schedules on a weekly and monthly basis using P3.
Prepared and issued management reports such as resource utilization reports & overall refinery progress.
Reviewing sub-contractors plans, schedules and monitoring project variations by tracking labor productivity on a daily and weekly basis.
Monitoring, Tracking, Critical activity analysis, Forecasting, Look ahead schedules, Shortfall analysis, Progress % S Curves.
