OCI has significant track record in the construction of fertilizer plants having provided construction services on four fertilizer plants in Egypt. OCI is constructing world class fertilizer complex in Oran, Algeria with 1.87 million TPA of ammonia/urea. I am responsible in this project for;
- In-charge of Planning/Scheduling, Progress monitoring & Resources management of the mechanical construction & commissioning.
- Development of fully detailed Schedules (Level-3 & Level-5) for the Erection of Built-up Equipments; Boilers, Site Fabricated Tanks, Cooling Towers & Steam Reformers using Primavera (P6).
- Recording actual progress by frequent site inspection, and stress to site supervisors the need to adhere to the required sequences and durations of the scheduled activities.
- Preparing & submitting Project Periodic Reports (weekly – monthly) by updating the overall program, generating S-Curves reports & Progress evaluation reports for each trade of the project.
- Attending progress review meetings with client.
- Deputize for the Core Team Leader in his absence.
