Main Accountabilities:

•Monitoring and recording EPC (Engineering & Procurement & Construction) Progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

•Developing Level 1, 2, 3 Schedule in Primavera

•Updating schedule in Primavera

•Calculating Resource requirements for the project.

•Progress analysis using S-Curve generation

•Preparing Efficiency report

•Preparing Progress Measurement Status report

Sulfur Expansion Project – Planning Analyst

Main Accountabilities:

•Develop and maintain the project schedule/plan.

•Make databases in Access and spreadsheets in Excel. Update these regularly to assist with planning project work and in tracking earned progress against plan. (Man-hours/manpower database was created )

•Weekly recording of productivity / performance of construction contractors based on achieved hours versus expended hours.

•Help plan the works of contractors responsible for project tasks.

Parsons Fluor Daniel (PFD) - Second Generation Project & Sour and Gas Injection (SGP/SGI) - Planning Progress Technician/Cost Technician

Main Responsibilities:

•Responsible for collecting and analyzing contractor man-hours for inclusion in project manpower reporting system

•Responsible for compiling monthly report

•Assist department supervisor in the preparation of reports for Client

•Assist in preparing project matrices

•Assist in compiling overall progress calculations and statistics

•Assist in any ad hoc reports / exercises requested by management

Parsons Fluor Daniel (PFD) - Second Generation Project & Sour and Gas Injection (SGP-SGI) - Database Support, Application Support

Main Responsibilities:

•Resolutions of all Computer Users Work Station Application & Database help desk requests

•Update of PFD Tengiz Inventory & Asset Register

•Installation, troubleshooting & maintenance of project specific software applications for all project users

•Create Help Desk Tickets for department & users with follow-up for solutions

•Aids Application Support Technician with DBMS
