CRACKER REVAMP
Responsible for the on-site planning and scheduling of various scopes of work for a six week shutdown for the Cracker Revamp. The scopes consisted of the removal and reinstallation of furnaces, pipework, equipment, steelwork, foundations, electrical and instrumentation. Produced management graphics and progress reports.

I sourced to pre-agreed budgets, specifications and project time-frames, to meet the project deliverables. This included material take-offs from technical drawings, complete tender-cycle including, clarifications, bid-review, and Contract/Purchase Order negotiation and placement. Materials were controlled through a 13-week forecast system manually integrated (in house MRP) with the manufacturing plan to maximise cash-flow with reduced work in progress.
B30 Legacy Pond is an ailing building from the 1960s that is at various stages of decommissioning. Known as the most polluted industrial building in Europe, it represents one of the world’s toughest radiological decommissioning operation engaging all levels of stakeholders. Value is in excess of £70m over the whole life-cycle. Scope includes; O&M, EPC, construction, HVAC, all levels of waste disposal routes within stringent safety practices.
