DEMERCAPTANISATION PLANTS
Responsible for the planning and scheduling for the Infrastructure Civils part of the construction of two DMC Plants with a total capacity of 8,000,000 tons per year. This consisted mainly of earthworks, piling, dewatering, Civils, underground pipework, piperack supports, pre-assembled unit support plinths and access roads. This also included supervision of the civil contractor and liaison with Operations and other departments.

CHLORINE / CAUSTIC REVAMP
Responsible for the PMC supervision of on-site planning and scheduling of the Chlorine / Caustic Revamp Shutdown. The scope of work consisted of the removal and reinstallation of pipework, equipment, steelwork and foundations. The areas involved were a Cell Building, Chlorine Area, Caustic Area, Brine Area, Hydrogen Area and several MCC’s Produced all management graphics and progress reports. All work to be carried out in a two-month shutdown period. Attended weekly progress meetings with the construction team
