-     Detail Engineering & Procurement Services for Purified Terephthalic Acid – 700 MTA - Petrochemical Project. (Artenius -Portugal).

-     Detail Engineering & Procurement Services for Purified Terephthalic Acid – 550 MTA - Petrochemical Projects (Petroquimecasuape-Brazil).

-     Detail Engineering & Procurement Services for Polypropylene Plant –950 MTPA– Petrochemical Project (Reliance Industries-India).

-     De-Bottlenecking for Polypropylene Plant – 450 MTPA – Petrochemical Project ( Reliance Ind. – India)

During my tenure in Nirma Limited, I was working as Project Engineer/Operation Engineer and was performing below given tasks.



•     Operation of Concerned system, through DCS, related to CFBC Boilers and DM Plant, Process water Distribution and Steam Distribution.

•     Operation knowledge of CFBC Boiler having steam generating capacity of 115 T/hr. at 105 bars, 510 deg.cent. And Turbine (Toyodenki, Japan-Make).

Project:

-     EPC Planning for 90 MW Co-generation Power Plant Expansion Project – (RIL – India)





ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:



•     Prepare Detailed Engineering and Construction Schedules for Proposals and Projects in Progress scheduling to support the execution team in achieving milestones and completion dates.

•     Update and Maintain Complex Project Schedules through multi-disciplinary integration.

•     Analyze and Prepare Schedule reports for Project Management Team Regarding schedule deviations and upcoming milestones.

Project:

-     EPC Planning for 105 MW Co-generation Power Plant – (Essar Oil Limit –India)

-     EPC Planning for Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit and DHDS Unit – (Essar Oil Limited-India).
