During my tenure in Nirma Limited, I was working as Project Engineer/Operation Engineer and was performing below given tasks.
• Operation of Concerned system, through DCS, related to CFBC Boilers and DM Plant, Process water Distribution and Steam Distribution.
• Operation knowledge of CFBC Boiler having steam generating capacity of 115 T/hr. at 105 bars, 510 deg.cent. And Turbine (Toyodenki, Japan-Make).
• Involved in reliability proving team for Boiler equipment like Fuel Pumps, Feed Water Pumps and Air Compressors to achieve high degree of reliability of all equipment in case of any emergency.
• Operation/maintenance of concerned system related to raw material handling systems like Crushers, Flip-Flop screens, Conveyors, Stackers etc.
