ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Prepare Detailed Engineering and Construction Schedules for Proposals and Projects in Progress scheduling to support the execution team in achieving milestones and completion dates.
• Update and Maintain Complex Project Schedules through multi-disciplinary integration.
• Analyze and Prepare Schedule reports for Project Management Team Regarding schedule deviations and upcoming milestones.
• Ensuring integration of the engineering, procurement and construction planning.
• Preparation and updating of Document control index and Procurement monitoring chart.
• Weekly updating of earned man hours for determining weighted progress per discipline and actual man-hours using man hour management software tool to calculate the Performance Ratio.
• Using PDS and PDMS progress measurement system for 3D Model Progress and check-ing of pipe routing in 3D model with respect to P&ID.
• Preparation of look-ahead schedule’s and balance scope projection at Level 4 as a basis for monitoring actual execution.
• Plotting progress S-curves to present planned versus actual progress.
• Preparation of Critical Activities report and actual front analysis.
• Involvement in procurement activities like Enquiry Specs, Technical Bid Analysis, Pur-chase Order Placement and Vendor drawing review and expedition for the same.
• Resolving queries from client regarding Engineering documents by interacting with Lead engineers.
• Monitoring and Controlling of Time and Cost for stand alone projects.
• Preparation for Tenders – Time and Cost Estimation for the proposed projects specially for Qatar Petroleum and Qatar Gas.
• Risk Analysis using PERT Master Program.
