Scope of work : Scope of work includes the following:

− W.P.1 Rough Grading & Pilling Works & Site Development

− W.P.2 Storage Tanks & Spheres

− W.P.3 Temporary Construction Facilities, Fencing & Mobilization

− W.P.4 Civil Works & Buildings

− W.P.5 Steel Structures

− W.P.6 Mechanical Works (Piping & Equipments)

Integrated Activities Asset Planning Engineer.



Act as Head of Asset Planning as and when required.



Responsibilities :



Actively involved in developing the Asset calendars for Offshore RGA Asset and LNG Train 3, 4, 5 & AGI Asset. Prepare level 1 & 2 schedules, planning activities that have loss of production impacts, and all non-overhaul activity plans.



Periodically update all the Asset calendar activities.



Prepare bar chart schedules for all the Facilities Engineering Projects (FE) for Offshore and Train 3 , 4, 5 & AGI.

Planning Engineer – Apache Replacement Project



•     I joined the Apache Replacement Project at the start of November 2008. The project brief is to de-commission the original Apache Pipe Lay Vessel and install all Pipe Lay equipment on to a new hull currently known as the North Ocean 103 (Apache II).



•     Main responsibilities

•     Master Control Schedule.

•     Tracking & Baseline Schedule.

     EPIC West Side Khalifa Roads @ QATAR PETROLEUM (QP) RAS LAFFAN Industrial City with a contract amounted of 830Million Qatar Riyals.(EPC Contract)

     EPIC for Tariq Street Modifications & Halul/Hamad Junction modification at RLIC contract amounted of 32Million QR. (EPC Contract)

     EPIC For Expansion of Ras Laffan Ave. to Three Lanes & Shelter for Omni View Gantry @ RLIC contract amounted of 42Million QR. (EPC Contract)



Duties & Responsibilities;

Responsibilities:

All activities related to Project Cost Control.

Development and maintenance Budget Cost Control System.



As reference for the purchase Department assign the corresponding Budget for every Request for Quotations and defined from planning the required on site date.



Cost estimating for Equipment and Construction.

Cost Control for Engineering Manpower.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(Planning Engineer)

     Develop, implement and Maintain Project Plans, Schedules, Detail Work Programmed from Design up to Construction using standard business software such as Primavera P3e, Primavera 6, Microsoft projects, Microsoft Office & Other Windows Application.

     Review the scope of work (SOW) to determine the breakdown of resources and tasks required to perform and complete the work activity.

Multi discipline coordination of EPC projects in Ship Building, Pulp & Paper and Oil & Gas projects
