Integrated Activities Asset Planning Engineer.
Act as Head of Asset Planning as and when required.
Responsibilities :
Actively involved in developing the Asset calendars for Offshore RGA Asset and LNG Train 3, 4, 5 & AGI Asset. Prepare level 1 & 2 schedules, planning activities that have loss of production impacts, and all non-overhaul activity plans.
Periodically update all the Asset calendar activities.
Prepare bar chart schedules for all the Facilities Engineering Projects (FE) for Offshore and Train 3 , 4, 5 & AGI.
Periodically monitor the progress of the Facilities Engineering Projects.
Prepare detailed bar chart for major shutdown in RGA Offshore Train-1 & 2 and other related Well Heads. Close co-ordination and follow up to prepare S-Curve for progress monitoring.
Preparation of ALBP (Asset Level Business Plan) and 5 years Long Term Plan.
Preparation of WP&B (Work Program and Budget) for Offshore Asset and Train 3,
4, 5 & AGI Asset.
Preparation of Gate-1 for all the Planned shutdowns of Offshore and Train 3, 4, 5 & AGI Asset. : Compile Shut Down Strategies and Objectives (SDSO) for Shutdown.
Compile job lists, Drivers, major jobs, Opportunity jobs. Align Shutdown group and other performing parties. Arrange and facilitate understanding of key issues. Get Management nod / approval at gate 1 level and prepare detailed dossier. Prepare management reports and presentation slides for Gate-1 approval by Manufacturing Manager.
Shutdown Support for Offshore and Train 3, 4, 5 & AGI Asset: Participation in SD Gate 2, 3, 4 stages. Preparation of PSSR for Gate 5 document preparation for Shutdowns
FDA interface & reporting: Liaise between Shutdown group, FDA team and Asset teams
Attend FDA Shutdown meetings, facilitate alignment between the groups. Highlight emerging opportunities from the Asset to different groups and ensure that they are promptly captured in FDA Document.
Providing Planning support in emergency situations: Provided necessary Planning support during unplanned emergency shutdowns. Involved in Hydrate incident (completed) during January 2007 and total power failure leading to 5 Trains shutdown (completed) during 2007.
Involved in MEG Taskforce (Completed during 2007-2008).
Providing necessary Planning support to Barzan Asset support.
Prepare statistical analytical reports as required for Engineering KPI’s
Involve in finalizing ATOMS (Asset Team Opportunity Management System). Convert the ATOMS into project activities, to prepare WP&B schedules.
Provide planning support to OED (Operation Expansion Department) on commissioning activities and the overall planning & coordination of the new facilities startup activities.
