EXPERIENCE

* Position: Project services manager/ Project controls manager, Lead Shaft No.2 Project

Read, Swatman & Voigt (EPCM),  Oyu Tolgoi LLC ($6.3 bil Copper/Gold mining project)

RSV: Ensure effective cost control systems and procedures are utilised on various projects with annual budgets in excess of $100 million.

Compile cost estimates for engineering & design, feasibility studies and construction work.

Currently Lead Planner on Owner's team for the Thick Seam Mining project in Broadmeadow Mine, QLD, Australia. This role is office based with some site interaction.

Reporting to Project Controls Manager and responsible for,

-Updating, development & maintaining the P6 master schedule

-Updating, development & maintaining the P6 interface schedule

-Monthly reports to Project Services

-Determining resource allocation & levelling in P6

Program Development and progress reporting of EPCM Mine to Port Expansion Project($350m):

Railway infrastructure - Workshops,Track upgrade and Wagon Manufacture and Delivery.

Mine Expansion - iron ore Process Infrastructure upgrades

Port expansion/upgrades

Development of Rare Earths Bankable Feasibility Study for Arafura Resources($750m), Mine Infrastructure and Rare Earths Process Complex using P6

Draw up a detailed construction schedule (5 stages), resourced with man-hours and commodities.

Weekly updates and rescheduling.

QMR (Weekly Quantity Man-hour Reports, complete with S-curves for each stage and discipline)

Detailed tie-in and shutdown schedules.

Manning levels and Productivity Factoring.
