JOB TITLE – Senior Project Controls Engineer

There is an immediate requirement for a Project Controls Engineer to join the construction team for a major mining project currently underway in North Vietnam.
Working as part of the Project Controls team and reporting to the Project Controls Manager your duties will include;
- Cost control/Cost management & reporting
- Progress monitoring and reporting, including Earned Value
- Monitoring of project scope and deliverables including application of change management processes
- Assist in project planning activities
- Meeting all project deadlines for reporting requirements
- Provide contract support in tender analysis, payment processes and claims
A comprehensive working knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, procurement and planning with 5+ years proven work experience in construction infrastructure projects is required to fulfill this position. This is a challenging, fast paced work environment so a positive can-do attitude is also must.

- Ability to forecast costs, review overheads
- Be able to interface with key project stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Previous exposure to all aspects of project controls with the ability to work in a Team Environment is essential
- Engineering/construction based qualifications or trade required.
