  • Planning and cost updates and forecasts for all projects in the Program ($300m)
  • Scheduling and maintenance of a comprehensive project program
  • Monitoring progress against the project baselines
  • Regular reporting at project and program level
  • Responsible for all Project Controls across 3 Mine Sites (Goonyella, Riverside and Peak Downs), including management of site based Project Controllers

I am currently working at Green Solutions and Engineering Consultancy, leading the business and consulting for clients in the mining industry, information technology industry and construction as Project Manager.

• Establishing, reviewing and managing planning procedures to be undertaken on all projects;
• Detail planning, scheduling and delay analysis of all aspects of EPCM for diamond mining;
• Project resourcing and input into Cost Management;
• Working with site staff to ensure that the necessary schedules are in place, are compiled in accordance with company principles, policies and procedures, and have consistency; and
• Project monitoring and reporting using established trend reporting systems 

Develop training and documentation for a maintenance capacity utilization software.  Train mentor and coach users on the scheduling tool.  As a team member improve the product for easy use by the users and intergation with MSProject and the current CMMS system.
