- Recruiting staff include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling to ensure consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures.- Conduct performance review, and holds employees accountable for performance of their responsibilities.- Implementing Capital program controls procedures to ensure the project meets cost/budget, schedule and document management requirements in accordance with Cegertec Worley Parsons compliance requirements.- Managing and tracking all project funding sources.- Establishing reporting criteria, content and format for monthly project status reports and quarterly presentations to the Upper Management.- Providing reports and analysis to internal and external customers on an as needed basis.- Responsible for schedule development, maintenance and review.- Establishing risk management protocols and procedures, prepares reports required for risk assessment and assesses risk occurrence as it pertains to probability, budget and schedule.
