- Based in Moranbah, responsible for program time and cost management including:
- Planning and cost updates and forecasts for all projects in the Program ($300m)
- Scheduling and maintenance of a comprehensive project program
- Monitoring progress against the project baselines
- Regular reporting at project and program level
- Responsible for all Project Controls across 3 Mine Sites (Goonyella, Riverside and Peak Downs), including management of site based Project Controllers
- Advising controllers on use of best practice to mitigate and manage projects and any issues related to site work
- Recommending corrective actions to management to address project risk (time, cost, productivity)
