Jackie has a total of 30 years of planning and scheduling experience.
He started off his career in maintenance and maintenance planning. He later entered the industrial engineering field prior to moving to construction project planning in 1991.
Jackie’ has experience ranging over Construction, CM, EPC, EPCM and Owner projects covering the full range from minor to mega, multi discipline projects, portfolios and programmes.

Planning, Scheduling and Progress Meas
• Prepare tender proposal, fabrication and modular assembly works schedules.
• Develop baseline schedules in Primavera P6 as per scope of work.
• Maintain and update multiple schedules.
• Liaise with construction and engineering team for progress update and produce weekly / monthly progress reports.
• Provide monthly data to cost controller and project manager for cash flow forecast.
• Forecast on manning requirements provided to upper management on a regular basis.
• Perform critical path analysis and highlight any deviations to project manager.
• Prepare tender proposal schedules.
• Develop resource loaded baseline schedules.
• Develop and maintain level 5 EPC project schedules.
• Monitor construction work progress onsite.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly dashboard, look ahead schedules, manning histograms, progress S-curves with plan, actual and forecast for overall project.
• Forecast on manning requirements provided to construction manager.
• Perform critical path analysis and highlight any deviations to project manager.
Responsible for all site construction planning activities for the Ahafo Gold project
EPCM Planning Lead for the Akyem Gold Project. Responsible for Home Office and site resources. Project put on hold.
Project Controls leader for SIB projects & major capital expansion (brownfields), for a gold mine in Bulgaria.
Planning Manager for the Koniambo Nickel Project. Responsible for managing client & EPCM personnel for Home Office, Site & remote locations.
