Snr. Project Control Engineer – Venetia

• Validate project scope with client and EPCM (WorleyParsons) to determine project objectives and to develop a comprehensive project plan, assign responsibilities and roles and execute the works.
• Develop integrated master schedule (IMS) level 3 to monitor and control project progress. Analyze, evaluate and forecast status against baseline, assessing impact of design or construction changes.
• Manage contractor level 4+ schedules (resource loaded) against accepted baseline while monitoring variance and recommending corrective action through applicable contracting methodology NEC 3 largely utilized.
• Manage project cost and schedule integration through Primavera V16.2 aligned with Prism G2 through SQL database (2012) and controls systems.
• Analyze and monitor quantitative and qualitative schedule risk, manage schedule contingency through QRA with Pertmaster (Risk Manager) V8.7
• Report project status to internal and external stakeholders through various KPI’s, metrics and dashboards.
