Ensure project schedule is uploaded into Oracle. Mainly for month end but also throughout the month to ensure booking numbers are open for people to book to

Ensure Cost Calculator is updated every month. Am point of contact / trouble shooter if Cost Calc goes wrong.

CONLOG / TDA – Construction, Defence, 2004 - 2008 Mark became senior planner for Defence Services planning and scheduling and was responsible for a large number of MoD and Home Office projects, from bids through the entire project life from design through procurement, logistics and construction to completion. This included creation of task lists, WBS, logic-linked / closed-network schedules, critical path analysis, delay mitigation and progress updates on all projects plus the development of an overarching department programme.

Project control & Scheduler for Government Agency

The main focus of the role is the capability of creating plans for the full Project lifecycle (including development, design, phases, etc.).  Working with Project Managers to develop a control environment including: document control, risk, change, schedule detailed plans and cost in accordance with client procedures.

Process manager for a large government agency.

The planning engineer’s job is to develop the most appropriate method of construction operations for a particular project. Working with the site manager, he or she will plan and oversee the entire scheme.

They anticipate demands for labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges as well as specifying the timing of the contract.

The planning engineer will use specialist planning computer software, such as Suretrack or Microsoft Project.

I am currently working for Lockheed Martin. The task I have to accomplish had a predetermined timeline which was committed to by the senior Programme Manager to his superiors.

My brief upon joining the contract was to formulate the approach the business will execute current and future projects, my deliverables are to:

·         Generate the integrated master plan (IMP).

·         Develop the integrated master schedule (IMS) Levels 1-5.
