·         Planning the design engineering activities for the product development projects

·         Support the Project Managers in their timing deliverables for their systems designs

·         Create WBS, S-Curves and special reports as tools to manage a project

• Overseeing various renovation projects and up to 20 tradesmen
• Developed level 5 schedules for high end renovation projects, cost loaded
• Prepared progress claims for the Clients
• Architect and client meetings to discuss design and construction methodology solutions

Position: Supervisor

• Overseeing up to 30 tradesmen including:
  • Carpenters, Concreters, Roof Plumbers, Electricians, Painters etc
• High end residential construction industry with an extreme attention to detail
• Liaison with the client on a daily basis
• Quality Control and review correct Construction Methodology
• Ensuring a safe environment for all tradesmen and personnel entering the site
• MS Project schedule development and analysis to understand project slippages and rescue plans where required

Setting up systems and reporting dashboards, planning the baseline programme for the works.
