Planning Manager

Job Description:A Planning Manager is required to join an industry leading Contracting company in the UAE. The client requires candidates currently residing in the GCC region Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for planning strategies in conjunction to major schemes and large projects- Fully anticipate and interpret demands of the project in terms of labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges - Integrate HSE and quality management processes into construction programs to ensure safe delivery to the required specifications- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines- Excellent organisational skills to balance workload for varied sized projects Experience Required:- Degree qualified (or similar equivalent) in a relevant subject - Vast Experience in a similar role for a contractor- Solid Planning background in Construction preferred- Large to Mega sized projects experience preferred- Previous GCC experience is essential- Excellent management skills and capable of managing multi-discipline work force- Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities- Be able to use computer applications effectively including Primavera Salary and Package:Circa 30,000 AED basic salary p/m + package Company Overview:This client is a major contender within the construction industry in the Middle East.
