I'm currently working for BFK JV on the Crossrail Project as a Cost Planner. As Crossrail strive towards 'World Class', we as the Contractor are expected to produce high quality, accurate information; Where better to get this than from a well led Project Controls Team. Initially I was working on aligning the Costs with Activities in the Schedule so that we could track our progress more effectively with the use of EVM and the Schedule Performance Index (SPI).

Construction Management - responsible for schedule, contractor coordination, change order implementation, cost controls.

BIM, Government and Commercial Projects consisting of Claims Avoidance, Procurement, Documentation, Scheduling, Process Development, Construction Supervision and Management.  Including administration, training, scheduling, virtualization, and management of construction projects.  

Federal Correctional Institue – Aliceville, AL – FBOP

General Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the project.

US Courthouse Jackson MS – Jackson, MS - GSA

Project Manager responsible for billing, schedule, and project controls.
