Senior Consultants – Disputes Resolution - Planning & Commercial
Executive Search World Ltd have first class opportunities for senior Dispute Resolution consultants to work with our very successful clients in the Middle East & the UK.
This professional services client provides consultancy, delivery, operations and programme management to clients. With many offices operating in various countries they make a difference to their clients by managing the delivery of their programmes and projects.
Or clients opportunities are for delay resolution consultants to be based in the Qatar office preparing complex construction claims. Typically claims will be high value and complex in building services. Claims will mostly be prepared on behalf of large contracting or client organisations. Predominantly based in Qatar, our client requires you to be international when necessary offering the development & opportunity to progress to Associate Director Level within 12 months (subject to performance and experience).
The successful consultants will be responsible for forensic investigation of claim entitlements, the preparation of persuasive claim submissions, demonstration of commercial astuteness to maximise clients position, attending meeting with clients to take briefings and report on progress, work to deadlines to produce claim documents, articulating claims in various formats such as narrative, quantum, slide presentation and verbally. Also you will identify and collate supporting documentary evidence, & hold appropriate gravitas for the role to ensure confidence of clients and member of the client’s professional team.
Essential experiences will be : A Full understanding of the dispute resolution process, Experience of preparing claim submissions, Construction background with onsite contractor experience, IT literate (excel & word skills are a minimum), Excellent writing skills, Ability to express complicated issues with clarity & Self-confidence to gain the respect of challenging clients.
Desirable experience: Formal disputes experience such as Adjudication or arbitration
Salary will be negotiable based on experience in addition to a full benefits package…Tax Free in Qatar although freelance professionals are welcome for the UK and overseas commissions!!

£90k - £100k tax free GBP + Family package & staff benefits
