Working for the £1.2bn New Terminal 2 development at Heathrow Airport I was responsible for developing a Primavera P6 programme to ensure the design team met the needs of the construction works on site. This involved cost loading the programme and reporting using earned value management to ensure that the client was satisfied with progress and to ensure the team was aware of issues that were, or were likely to, effect the progress of design and consequently construction. In many cases the project was packaged into different areas and so there were multiple programmes to monitor at once.
