Complex Building Phase 1. Residential complex Building with 8.200 square meters with total budget equal to 16.2 millions US dollars.

Assist on project feasibility study and agree on development objectives.

Determine work responsibilities for each department.

Assist in managing resources. Assist in defining project phase and activities sequence.

Assist in developing / Tracking project budget and milestones

Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.

Ensure all necessary hand over documentation is delivered.

analyse maps, existing drawings, blue prints and other data to properly pin point external factors and environment conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of the projects. Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans. Determines project specification by studying structural design, customer requirements and performance standards. Prepare technical studies and estimate of quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labour to determine project feasibility. Define project schedule events, programs and activities.

To assist project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities.

 Assist in the planning and scheduling of the construction operations according to the project quality plan.

 Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planed tasks.

Efficiently organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Pacific Aluminium and Rio Tinto proposed to construct a natural gas pipeline to the alumina refinery at Gove in north east Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. The proposed pipeline was approximately 603km in length and the feasibility study included detailed engineering and preparation for construction with the goal of providing full gas of 30PJ/annum by 1^st January 2016.

My responsibilities included:

Working with the estimating team I am responsible for the development of tender programs in alignment with the cost estimate that reflect contractual obligations, client requirements, and FKG procedures. I have worked on tenders for projects ranging from $100,000 to $70m in value in a range of fields, including roadworks, oil & gas, CSG, bridgeworks, airports, and rail. My role also includes providing planning support to projects enabling me to see many projects through from tender phase to completion.
