 i am working in contracting company

my job is prepare a work plan from skratch and create afull work schedule with cost loading and get consultant approval for the schedule and updating and control the work progress monthly wise and report to project manager 

·         Preparation & Tracking of the project master schedule & detailed schedule of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical work up to level-4 and summary level curves and Man power histogram using Primavera P-6.

·         Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the Project master Schedule and individual contracts.

i was the site engineer for the HNA porject where my responsibilites include the following 

·         Project life cycle management.

·         Project planning, scheduling and monitoring involved in Cement plant modification, upgrades and shutdown works.

·         Review of ITB documents and project details.

·         Detailed project review for preparation of proposal schedules.
