Project Engineer for mechanical contractor.

Assisted Senior Project Manager in construction or renovation of commercial and educational facilities within Plumbing/Piping/HVAC disciplines. Performed material take-offs, estimated, prepared and submitted the change orders; prepared permit applications and coordinated with AHJ; acted as Company representative at progress and coordination meetings and reviewed, generated and processed submittals & RFIs.

Fire Protection and Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Planner. Create, verify & implement fire protection preventative maintenance (PM) procedures in SAP PM Maintenance Module. Create and attach detailed Maintenance Task Lists for each PM utilizing manufacturer instructions, NFPA code and observance of actual testing and maintenance. Included photos and diagrams as needed.

·         Collecting and compiling of project progress data from respective engineers.

·         Develop the detailed baseline programme with resource and cost loaded .

·         Preparation of weekly/Monthly Progress reports with Variance (Planned V/s Actual), KPI & Milestones Delays.

    Management: helping manging the 3 different teams (Client Service, Tele Sales Service, BPO)
