I prepared work schedule of approximately 270000 squaremeter construction site of Media center, Printing house andOffice buildings on MS Project. This work schedule has 8500 activities and updated daily on MS Excel. This workschedule all kind of productivity values, man hour values and percentages of different activities. I prepared dailyreports and monthly productivity reports of construction site. I prepared worker projection of all 8500 activities.

• Preparation of scope matrix, trade wise schedules and material submittal/procurement schedules.
• Preparation of CPM baseline program with cost and resource loading.
• Responsible to conduct daily site (Based on the project scope) visits & site meetings to analyze and record the project progress.
• Responsible for timely program update and reporting the variance (Delays) to project team/stakeholders.
• Responsible for writing contractual delay notificationsto client, sub-con

·       Assisting project manager to coordinate the procurement, planning, and execution activities.

·         Detailed study of contract documents and project documents (Drawings, Specification etc.).

·         Was the single point of coordination for all kind of material submittal, procurement and engineering requirements of the project.
