•     Supervised and checked the quality workmanship of the structural and finishing works on the project.

•     Estimated the actual materials needed for the project and checks the requisition upon arrival and receipts.

•     Prepared and submit bar-cutting list to the consultant for approval and implementation. These serve as the weighted and quantities of materials for payment purposes.

•     Responsible for receiving revised plan for construction and taking off quantities for additive and deductive change order.

•     Study of drawings, taking off quantities and preliminary cost estimates.

•     Design studies, preparation of bill of quantities, variation orders, and monthly payment certificates.

•     Prepared bar chart and work schedules for timely completion of projects.

•     Assisted the chief estimator in preparation of reports.

•     Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

•     Design and layout of detour road for the temporary diversion of traffic during construction period including computation of earthworks quantities from the design profile and cross-sectional data

•     Layout the necessary points such as elements of curves, vertical and horizontal controls, blue topping, side slope stakes of approach road including layout of bridge deck slab, camber elevation, piers, abutments, location of girders and diaphragms, side slope protection, elevations and other survey works.
