Sr. Commercial (Claims) Planner responsible for sending early warning & post-event notices to client & low rate of progress notices to subcontractors on regular basis within time frame stated in FIDIC, getting agreed on fully substantiated extension of time, acceleration, time related cost & disruption claims seeking entitlement to time & cost losses incurred as a result of failures of consultant/project manager such as untimely/late desing changes, late nomination of subcontractors, late building permit & force majeure events including nation-wide mourning period, restricted summer working hours and additionally, contributing to budgeting & cash flow analyses via direct cost inputs & reviews together with commercial department in Old Town Commercial Island Project consisting of hotel, apartments, offices & retail areas in Burj Dubai Development Area.
