Site Engineer Cum Coordinating Engineer

Duties includes the following things:     

     Coordinated with the Pakistan State Oil (PSO) Engineers of Construction Department.     

     Duties include Planning, organizing & controlling the project by appointing & deputing Engineers to different PSO sites situated in Punjab & NWFP. As a Project In-charge I was controlling more than 34 sites.     

Cost Estimator (Civil)/Job Planner

Duties include the following things:     

     Estimated the cost of different projects under GSO & Base Crew Contracts.     

     Estimated the quantities of materials & Labors.      

     Planned the labors     

Cost Controller & Planner (Project Controls Engineer)

Cost Control Works:     

     Using Earned Value Analysis for Cost Tracking.     

     Using BCWS, BCWP & ACWP to calculate the SV & CV     

     Calculating the SPI and CPI.     

     Preparing sub contractor logs and keeping the track of it.     

Performing costing and scheduling functions including budget development, performance measurement, change control, schedule development, trending, forecasting, reporting and analysis. By utilizing the following elements of Project controls:

     Using Earned Value Analysis for Cost Tracking. Integrating work scope for assigned entities into project planning & control tools.

     Utilizing project control tools and systems including Primavera P3.

Design Related /Construction Planning with a multi-disciplined project management firm for 14 years before moving into manufacturing related planning which I’m still involved with currently.



Have worked across the spectrum of different engineering projects over the years such as Pharmacuetical, Healthcare, Infrastructure/Railway, Construction & for the last 2/3 years in Food Manufacturing.
