Performing costing and scheduling functions including budget development, performance measurement, change control, schedule development, trending, forecasting, reporting and analysis. By utilizing the following elements of Project controls:
Using Earned Value Analysis for Cost Tracking. Integrating work scope for assigned entities into project planning & control tools.
Utilizing project control tools and systems including Primavera P3.
Independently preparing required reports, charts and graphs.
Monitoring and reporting project performance against the baseline in compliance with EVMS.
Developing budget and resource requirements to accomplish scope.
Variance analysis and reporting.
Monthly report and specialized reports including labor and non-labor work-off curves, cost performance metrics, and special ad hoc reports.
Developing and maintaining schedules (i.e.. identifying and defining activities,
sequencing activities, resource loading activities, defining durations, developing work breakdown structure (WBS) and status schedule(s).
Forecasting by utilizing appropriate historical data, trending techniques and tools, and applying known factors in order to develop fiscal estimates. Utilizing Organizational and teamwork skills required to effectively multi-task and work effectively with peers, managers, and customers both within and external to the organization and company.
