Revising the Dry Cost used for Tendering as per the present cost variance if required..
Assembling data for preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts.
Making Cash Flow Status which helps in knowing the up to date cash in hand status.
Controlling the production rates of labor and equipments.

Planning & Scheduling the projects on Prima Vera 3.1
Making Time Wise and Money Wise S- Curves.
Estimating the costs for the projects on Prima Vera
Making Cash flow Diagrams (S-Curves)
Generating different types of Resource & Cost loading Reports which helps in controlling the over all budget & progress of Project
Set Monthly targets for the projects.
Tracking the projects by making Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports for monitoring the progress of the Projects
Making comparisons of weekly/monthly claimed quantities with the weekly/monthly actually done quantities.
Having knowledge of Last Planner system which consists of PPC, RNC , PF etc.
