Provide consultancy in terms of project planning, control and monitoring. Monitoring of work progress at site and identifying critical works affecting project completion. Preparing weekly and monthly progress report. Working in team with site engineers and project engineer to achieve target completion and other milestones. Hotmix and crusher plants production planning and monitoring.

Supervise work at site and monitoring of work progress at site.

The project is on Integrated Resorts. The scope includes land reclamation, traffic diversion, district cooling plants, sub-stations, hotels, health wellness centre, oceanarium, maritime museum, water theme park, Universal Studio Singapore, etc, with project value at S$5.2 billion.



Work scope and experience covers the following:

- Review design, construction and operational requirements and issues

Responsible for the collation of planning and scheduling work for the Eastern Region Office.

Responsible for the scope revision, and redevelopment of the Project Aurora EPCM schedule including WBS structure, Project control and reporting systems.

Responsible for the collation and reporting of all planning and scheduling work to the client. Produced bi-weekly and monthly reports, as well as look ahead programs and progress “S” curve. Worked with superintendents / sub contractors / other multi-disciplinary teams as required for the success of the projects

Responsible for project controls budgeting, BL change management, trending, and forecasting

Worked with project team to develop schedules, monitor and report on project performance

Managed staff of Senior Planners assisting the operating divisions in project controls

Coordinated training and the implementation of project controls reference systems

Supervised all accounting functions including billing and invoicing

Document, record and improve program procedures/processes
