The project is on Integrated Resorts. The scope includes land reclamation, traffic diversion, district cooling plants, sub-stations, hotels, health wellness centre, oceanarium, maritime museum, water theme park, Universal Studio Singapore, etc, with project value at S$5.2 billion.
Work scope and experience covers the following:
- Review design, construction and operational requirements and issues
- Design Review, includes 1) Performing Value engineering for cost-effective design; 2) Review constructability of design; 3) Review interfaces between various disciplines; 4) Review and Incorporate Operational & Maintenance requirements
- Project Management, including 1) Development of master/ detailed plan; 2) Schedule 3) Manpower and resource planning; 4) Coordination with consultants and contractors; 5) Review contractual and schedule implications; 6) Establish practical monitoring system to control and account for project progress and reporting; 7) Coordinate procurement and other construction schedule
- Evaluate, prepare and recommend Extension of Time (EOT) claim
