Responsible for the scope revision, and redevelopment of the Project Aurora EPCM schedule including WBS structure, Project control and reporting systems.
Responsible for the collation and reporting of all planning and scheduling work to the client. Produced bi-weekly and monthly reports, as well as look ahead programs and progress “S” curve. Worked with superintendents / sub contractors / other multi-disciplinary teams as required for the success of the projects
