Worked as Project Chief Engineer for HCC LAVASA Project . This is basically a Hill City development project wherein all the aspects of Civil Engineering is encountered , i.e Dam ,Roads , Buildings , Water Treatment Plant , Sewage treatment Plant , Hotel , etc. Main responsibilities were Planning , Controlling ,Budgeting, Monitoring of works , Subcontract finalisation , Sub contractor and Client Billing etc.
Worked with Reliance Retail DGM (Planning) in their RealEstate and Infrastructure division & attached to CDIT ( Consumer Durables , IT and Telecom Department) . Looking after Programme Management of New Store i.e Planning, Controling, Monitoring, Integrating & Co ordinating new store construction & fitout project. Project Management of the Store construction i.e Planning , Monitoring and Controlling as well as Value Engineering forms integral part of my responsibility.
Working with Petron as Head Project Management. Petron is majorly into Industrial Buildings ,Refineries , Cement Plants, Power Projects , flyovers etc. I am responsible for Planning , Budgeting Monitoring & Controlling of all the projects under execution/to be execute by Petron Civil.
