Looking after Programme Management of New Store i.e Planning, Controling, Monitoring, Integrating & Co ordinating new store construction & fitout project. Project Management of the Store construction i.e Planning , Monitoring and Controlling as well as Value Engineering forms integral part of my responsibility.
