• Analysis, negotiation and monitoring of construction programmes with main contractors on multi-million pound contracts, such as Bristol Harbourside.

• Developing interlinked programmes for design, procurement and construction, for two residential mixed-use buildings at Bristol Harbourside, valued at £42m and £13m.
