Senior Planning Engineer
A residential and mixed-use property developer.
Responsibilities:
• Production and management of programmes for planning, design, procurement and construction, on the regions largest residential and mixed-use developments, such as Port Marine, Portishead.
• Analysis, negotiation and monitoring of construction programmes with main contractors on multi-million pound contracts, such as Bristol Harbourside.
• Producing and managing development programmes, including monitoring of planning obligations, on large scale infrastructure projects, such as Portishead Quays, for a consortium of developers.
• Developing new methods of programming and control within the company to assist in achieving increased site productivity.
• Reporting to Development Director.
