Planning Manager
Construction division of international developer.
Responsibilities:
• Production of tender programmes, negotiating with client and developing contract programme documentation, under a two stage tender process, for a £42m residential mixed-use building at Bristol Harbourside.
• Developing interlinked programmes for design, procurement and construction, for two residential mixed-use buildings at Bristol Harbourside, valued at £42m and £13m.
• Active role in managing programmes, focusing on delivery of both projects, at all levels.
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting progress, internally and to the client, for both Bristol Harbourside projects.
• Reporting to Project and Customer Directors.
