- The project is consisting of 15 high rise buildings, 8 podiums, Main Mussalah Area & Infrastructure.

- My Responsibilities.

- Create the baseline schedule including the weighting system for the design, procurement, Construction & Testing & Pre-commissioning Schedule.

-Create the EOT claim with all delay analysis incorporating all the changes and the delaying causes which out of the contractor controls and also including all the mitigations actions.
