•Construct a complete city on 6 million square meter, with all facilities such as ( internal roads , U/G piping, building, villas, mosques, hospitals, schools, malls, banks area, gardens, sporting club and elevated tank ) .

1987 Dunlop UK High-Pressure Hose Production Plant. Produced and monitored the initial Master Schedule for this multi-disciplined project.



1987-88 Kellogg GB 1M pkt/wk Cereal Production Line. Responsible for the planning of this extension to an existing factory. Artemis 3,500-activity level 3 CPN covering all disciplines and sub-contractors.

Expert Adviser, Banking Transaction Data Centre. Extension of Time claim, Technology & Construction Court. Instructed by Shadbolt & Co., lawyers for the owner. Providing independent expert opinion on programme-related matters relating to a banking transaction data centre. Settled during the trial

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION, CONTROL, ROLL-OUT AND TEAM BUILDING OF VARIOUS GSM AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SCHEDULES, RESOURCES, ETC IN SEVERAL COUNTRIES (EGYPT, MEXICO, ALGERIA…ETC). CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SEVERAL LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES IN VARIOUS FIELDS FROM THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT POINT OF VIEW. ATTENDING AND CONSULTING OWNER-CONTRACTOR MEETINGS. ASSOCIATING IN CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND PM CLAIMS MANAGEMENT. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PRIMAVERA PRODUCTS TRAINING.

•     Preparation, Development and Maintenance of the Overall Master Plan Schedule in accordance with Company Procedures and Client Contractual requirements during all stages (Initiation, Tendering, Construction and Closeout phases).

•     Supervising, Controlling and Ensuring compatibility of Engineering, Main Contractors and Subcontractors Schedules with the Master Plan Schedule and Contract requirements.
