From 02/05/09 up to date (JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT)
- The project is consisting of 15 high rise buildings, 8 podiums, Main Mussalah Area & Infrastructure.
- My Responsibilities.
- Create the baseline schedule including the weighting system for the design, procurement, Construction & Testing & Pre-commissioning Schedule.
-Create the EOT claim with all delay analysis incorporating all the changes and the delaying causes which out of the contractor controls and also including all the mitigations actions.
-Create the revised schedule for the project which incorporating the EOT
-Create & maintain the Progress reports (daily, Weekly & Monthly)
From 30/03/08 Till20/05/2009 -
(KAUST -King Abullah University for Science & Technology- as Senior Project control and Senior Planning Eng. And acting as Planning Manager ) - My Responsibilities.
- Set up the detailed and summary schedule for the Academic Campus & maintain the base line.
- Modifying the weighting system of all the activities to rolled up the progress from the activities to overall the project through the WBS’s & buildings.
- Monitoring the manpower as actual and forecasting the man-hours to complete the project
