- To work out the Zero cost (project budget) and fix the project profit margin in consultation with top management & HO.
- Prepare construction schedule (Cl.14 and internal) in primavera P6 by ensuring logical sequencing of activity for optimize the resources utilization and reduce the overheads, also work out the S curve.
