Job Description:

• Responsible for the routine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of computer systems and software.
• Analyze and solve operational computer error and explain to client the problem that has occurred.
• Perform installation of computer software and hardware, database management and repair of network problems.
• Diagnose and discard malware; setup and configure security software (antivirus tools and firewall).
• Handles the inventory of computer hardware and maintenance of repair records

 Job Description:

• Responsible for the execution of all quality-related actions of the project, and ensuring that they are performed properly according to pre-defined processes and project requirements.
• The basic nature of work is to perform output checking and proofreading for every Job name if it has complete requirements and has been properly coded.
• Perform program software testing if it is acceptable to be used in project given and special instructions like transmission process, concordance checking, dash-w and dash-m checking.

Bluebird Foods sponsored the thesis component of John's Master of Engineering degree through the commissioning of a feasibility study on outsourcing of non-performing production lines. Following the completion of his research he conducted several other projects on the optimization of production line efficiencies on a freelance basis.
