Smart Village was one building consists of basement + ground + 5 typical floors, area of one floor about 4,000 m2 the project value about 20,000,000 Egyptian Pounds.

Beverly Healz is under ground sewerage lines with project value about 15,000,000 Egyptian Pounds.

My Duties:

·  Build the time schedule (Base Line Program) and Recovery if required

DHABI Contracting(UAE Company) from 8 Aug 2004 Till 15 May 2006 as a senior planning engineer in the following projects:-

a)International City Package 8 consists of 29 buildings each of them is ground floors + 4 floors typical.

Arabian Construction Company(ACC in UAE) From 5 Jun 2006 Till 1 Mar 2007 as Senior Planning Engineer in Project ALRAWDH Palace In AL AIN, UAE

Project Value is 560,000,000 Dhs

My duties are :

·  Develop base line programs

·  Load resources such as manpower, cost, …….

·  Weekly and monthly reports

·  Develop recovery program if required

·  Follow up the site progress and update<

2- Al ARRAB Company (AL MASHARIFF) From 3 Mar 2007 Till 10 Jun 2008 as Planning Manager / Acting project manager ( Regal Tower 1 ) For all Projects

·  The Regal tower is commercial building consist of 39 floors, total value is 210,000,000 Dhs

·  Abu Shegharah Building in Sharjah 14 Floors 75,000,000 Dhs

·  Aljawzaa Building In Dubai 55,000,000 Dhs

·  Bel Rasheed Tower In Sharjah 32 Floors 140,000,000 Dhs
